Rowshan Ara( রওশন আরা)was born in 1965 in Karoitoli, Faridganj, Chandpur. She was married to Md. Abul Hossain ( মোঃ আবুল হোসেন) from Kali Mia Miazi Bari , West Barali , Faridganj, Chandpur. After her marriage she devoted herself to improve social discrimination and social justice. She is still fighting. In personal life she a mother of 3 sons and ,2 daughters. Among them Md. Rafiqul Islam (মোঃ রফিকুল ইসলাম) is a Climatologist , Shamsunnaher( শামছুন্নাহার) is Additional Police Super of Bangladesh Police, Dr. Md.Safiqul( মোঃ শফিকুল ইসলাম) Islam is a Bioinformatrician and Genomic analyst, Nurjahan Begum ( নুরজাহান বেগম) director of Bhuiyan Enterprise, and youngest son Dr. Md. Zahirul Islam ( মোঃ জহিরুল ইসলাম) is a Cardiologist. She was awarded 'Raatnagarva Ma' ( রত্নগর্ভা মা) by Azad Products. She is determined to do something for the people who are in need
Rowshan Hossain Foundation
Rowshan Ara Hossain Foundation is a non-political and non-profit organization dedicated to promoting education, self-reliance, tree plantation, female education, health services etc. The foundation was established with the primary objective of providing a platform for individuals to come together and work towards creating a better society. Primarily it is working in Chandpur district and in its various upazilla mainly in Faridganj since 2016.
The foundation working towards creating a better and more equitable society. Their efforts towards education, self-reliance, tree plantation, female education, and health services are truly commendable and have had a significant impact on the lives of many individuals and communities.
